RETURNS

Hassle-Free Returns

Shopcompra.com return policy is 30 days. After 30 days of purchase item will no longer be eligible for refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition received and also in the original packaging.

JEWELRY RETURNS:

Return any defective items back to Shopcompra.com along with a copy of your original invoice.

PLEASE NOTE:

Returns must be made within 30 days of the order date on your invoice. UPS and USPS have an outstanding delivery record, but if you do not receive your order on time, please contact Shopcompra.com immediately.

Any missing merchandise claims must be made within 10 days of the invoice date.

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any return that does not follow the guidelines. 

FRAGRANCES:

You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.

In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department. 

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to Shopcompra.com will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

 

SHAPEWEAR EXCHANGES

A PRODUCT WILL ONLY BE EXCHANGED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

If the delivered product is not the product of invoice order.
If the problem you’re facing is due to the product manufacturing.
If the size, color or model, of the delivered product, are different from what was ordered.

For an exchange, both the packaging and the product must be in perfect condition.
If the exchange is requested within the 30 days period, following all the indications of the return and exchange policy.

Refunds are not given under any circumstances.

The company will only exchange the product for another item that the client chooses 

MATTRESSES:

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. 30% Re-Stocking fee is applicable charge on any returns.

FURNITURE:

All Furniture is packaged well so it arrives to your doorstep snug, safe, and secure. Double-box many items, and refuse to sell products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please notify Shopcompra.com within 30 days. We're happy to send you replacement parts as soon as possible.

  • For instructions on how to order replacement parts, please see "Ordering replacement parts."
  • When you sign for delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged, please write "Package Damaged." If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. In this case, please notify Shopcompra.com so that we can expect the return shipment. Once the package returns to Shopcompra.com we will send you a new one right away.
  • If you have already accepted the package and notice missing or damaged parts, please contact Shopcompra.com right away and we will ship you replacement parts free of charge. We usually only have a 48-hour window to file freight claims. If we cannot replace the parts, our carrier will pick up the original package and we will send you a full replacement.
  • If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, you can return the item under our standard return policy.
  • If you received a damaged product or the wrong product and we cannot solve the issue with either a full replacement or replacement parts, we will pay to return the item Shopcompra.com, on top of the refund.
  • If your product has a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or, if necessary, the entire unit.
  • We select only the most reliable, highest quality products and the most reputable manufacturers to work with. If you have any issues or questions, don't hesitate to seek our many resources.

Ordering Replacement Parts

Click on the contact@shopcompra.com and email invoice # and part description or number if available. 

  1. If you have more than one order that has shipped, please specify the item that contains the need of replacement parts.
  2. On the following page, mark the checkboxes next to each item you'd like replacement parts for.
  3. Select the problem that best describes your experience.
  4. Describe the problem in the included field (and please include part numbers if possible).
  5. Select your preferred contact method.
  6. Click the "send" button at the bottom of the page  

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, Skincare and Haircare cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

SHAPEWEAR CHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED IF:

  • If the product shows signs of being used.
  • If the product is damaged as a result of trying out the garment (piercing the fabric with fingernails, rings, or other similar objects)
  • If the interior of the garment shows signs of being worn without undergarment (stains). For hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
  • If you no longer have the original packaging, or if the packaging is damaged. 

CLEARANCE ITEMS

As stated at the time of your purchase, clearance items cannot be returned. However, if you received this item and find there is substantial damage or some other issue, please get in touch with Shopcompra.com. Of course we want to be fair.

  • Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order) 

POLICY CLAUSES:

There is a 30 day exchange request limit, and client must follow all the indications of the exchange policy.
The shipping costs of the first exchange will be paid by the company, but if a second exchange is requested for the same purchase, the shipping costs will be paid by the client.


The company is not responsible for errors made by the client when providing shipping information. For international shipping, the client will have to cover extra fees.
The company is not responsible for delays in delivery time or extra fees that other countries might apply.
The cost of shipping changes depending on weight and volume of the package, and the destination where the package is being shipped to.

 

CAUSES FOR NOT SHIPPING AN ORDER

You will be notified of the reason why your order has not been shipped, by e-mail or telephone. 

  • If your credit card was not approved. 
  • If the product is not available. 
  • If the address provided by the client does not exist, or it is not valid. 
  • If the client asks for products regularly, in order to justify returns. 

We reserve this right in case of exchanges and returns that don’t fit the clauses of the return and exchange policy. 

 CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER. 

You will be able to cancel, or change, an order at any time by e-mail, telephone or fax, as long as the product has not been shipped yet. Once the product has been shipped, no changes or order cancelations are possible.

 ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact Shopcompra.com at sales@shopcompra.com.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send Shopcompra.com an email at sales@shopcompra.com and send your item to Address:

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
